Adrina graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Lesley University. She has been in the Early childhood education field since 1996 and decided to open her own center in 2007! In her spare time, Adrina loves to spend quality time with her two children and their dog Emmy.

Jessica joined the Milestones family in 2008 as the toddler educator. After working in every classroom over the years, she finished her early education degree and became our director in 2020.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys hanging out with her daughter doing arts and crafts, drawing, and traveling!

Angela rejoined the Milestones family in 2021. She is a caring individual who has been working with children for over 10 years. She graduated in 2000 with a commercial art degree followed by an Early Child Care certificate in 2009 where she found her passion. She brings her creativity to the classroom and has energy for days. In her spare time she loves spending time with her animals and engaging with nature.

Mirna has just joined Milestones as part of the infant team. She comes with over 10 years of experience in the childcare field. She brings a warm and gentle nature that the infants quickly gravitate to. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her daughter.

Briana joined Milestones in 2018 and has truly enjoyed working with the children. She has acquired the nickname Mama Bri as she is like a second mom to her students. You can constantly hear her amazing voice belting out children's songs and see her dancing with the children. 

In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, singing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Brianna joined Milestones in November 2023. She has been in the childcare field for a few years and really loves working with children.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and her two cats.

Andileni joined the Milestones family in 2023 as the toddler assistant. She has recently obtained her Infant/toddler certification and is now the toddler co-teacher. When she is not at work, she loves to spend time with her two children.

Carmen has come out of retirement to join us again! Carmen has been a favorite teacher for many years and we are excited to have her back! She is creative and loves to come up with new songs and games for the children. She also does amazing artwork! In her free time, she loves spending time with her 4 children and 8 grandchildren!

Traci joined Milestones in 2011 and has been the preschool lead educator since 2013. She graduated from Aquinas College in 1994. Traci holds a certification as a lead educator for infant, toddler and preschoolers. In her spare time, she likes to shop and spend quality time with her nieces.

Jordan joined Milestones in 2020 as an assistant and has obtained her teaching certification since then. She is an amazing gymnast and loves to teach the kids fun moves. When she is not at Milestones, you can find her teaching gymnastics at a gym or volunteering for the local cheerleading team alongside her daughter!

Marion recently joined our team but comes with over 30 years of experience working in headstart with infants-preschool! She had retired and traveled the country with her trucker husband but has now decided to return into the childcare field and we are excited to have her! You can often find her volunteering at local events like face painting at the Watertown day faire. She also loves spending time with her adult children and dog sitting for her grand dog! 

Anna joined Milestones in July 2022 as a floating assistant. Since then, she has earned her teacher certification and continues to assist in every classroom when she is on school break. She is currently finishing up her undergrad in psychology at Umass Amherst and is hoping to become a child psychologist in the near future. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new things, and spending time with her family and friends.
