Adrina graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Lesley University. She has been in the Early childhood education field since 1996 and decided to open her own center in 2007! In her spare time, Adrina loves to spend quality time with her two children and their dogs Emmy and Luna.

Jessica joined the Milestones family in 2008 as the toddler educator. After working in every classroom over the years, she finished her early education degree and became our director in 2020.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys hanging out with her daughter doing arts and crafts, drawing, and traveling!

Jordan joined Milestones in 2020 as an assistant and has obtained her teaching certification since then. She is an amazing gymnast and loves to teach the kids fun moves. When she is not at Milestones, you can find her teaching gymnastics at a gym or volunteering for the local cheerleading team alongside her daughter!

Thailyne joined the infant classroom in 2025 as the infant assistant and has found her passion. She is now currently working towards her certification so she can become a lead educator. In her free time, she loves spending time at zoos, hiking, and going for sunset walks on the beach.

Lydia recently joined Milestones as the toddler educator. She came to the US from China in 2015 and opened a restaurant in 2016. In 2018, she decided to switch to a teaching career and began working at a Chinese childcare center. She earned her certification from Urban College of Boston in 2020 and excelled academically! She has been a wonderful addition to our team as she leads with love and patience. On her free time, she continues to cook wonderful meals and sharing her delicious dishes with us! She also enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter!

Anna recently joined Milestones as the toddler assistant but is working towards becoming certified. She comes with experience from being a camp counselor and a nanny.  She describes herself as being eclectic and loves gaining new skills. Her hobbies consists of working with various art mediums, surfing, hiking, fishing, weightlifting, and lots of reading. 

The kids already love her and we look forward to watching her continue growing into an amazing teacher.

Carmen has come out of retirement to join us again! Carmen has been a favorite teacher for many years and we are excited to have her back! She is creative and loves to come up with new songs and games for the children. She also does amazing artwork! In her free time, she loves spending time with her 4 children and 8 grandchildren!

Traci joined Milestones in 2011 and has been the preschool lead educator since 2013. She graduated from Aquinas College in 1994. Traci holds a certification as a lead educator for infant, toddler and preschoolers. In her spare time, she likes to shop and spend quality time with her nieces.

Marion recently joined our team but comes with over 30 years of experience working in headstart with infants-preschool! She had retired and traveled the country with her trucker husband but has now decided to return into the childcare field and we are excited to have her! You can often find her volunteering at local events like face painting at the Watertown day faire. She also loves spending time with her adult children and dog sitting for her grand dog!
