Adrina graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Lesley University. She has been in the Early childhood education field since 1996 and decided to open her own center in 2007! In her spare time, Adrina loves to spend quality time with her two children and their dogs Emmy and Luna.

Jessica joined the Milestones family in 2008 as the toddler educator. After working in every classroom over the years, she finished her early education degree and became our director in 2020.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys hanging out with her daughter doing arts and crafts, drawing, and traveling!

Thailyne joined the infant classroom in October 2025 as the infant assistant where she found her passion and has now obtained her certification to become the main educator.  In her free time, she loves spending time at zoos, hiking, and going for sunset walks on the beach.

Adrianna Recently graduated from Waltham High where she completed their EEC course obtaining her Chapter 74 teaching certificate. She says, " Working with children is very special to me because I get to watch them grow, learn, and reach new milestones. I look forward to creating meaningful experiences and helping many more children grow and thrive. I can't wait to work with your toddlers and creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for them!

Fun fact: Adrianna came to Milestones as a preschooler! Outside of working, she loves spending time with her mom and siblings!

Ashley rejoined Milestones in Dec. 2025. She has worked in early childhood education for many years. She believes toddlers learn best through joyful play, messy art, and lots of laughter. She says, "I adore their smiles and happiness when they achieve new milestones in their little lives." When Ashley is not working, you can find her spending time with her 3 children who are 18, 17, and 13..

Fun fact: Ashley is Adrianna's mom!

Anna joined Milestones in October 2025 as the toddler assistant and has since obtained her certification. She comes with experience from being a camp counselor and a nanny.  She describes herself as being eclectic and loves gaining new skills. Her hobbies consists of working with various art mediums, surfing, hiking, fishing, weightlifting, and lots of reading. 

The kids already love her and we look forward to watching her continue growing into an amazing teacher.

Traci joined Milestones in 2011 and has been the preschool lead educator since 2013. She graduated from Aquinas College in 1994. Traci holds a certification as a lead educator for infant, toddler and preschoolers. In her spare time, she likes to shop and spend quality time with her nieces.

Marion recently joined our team but comes with over 30 years of experience working in headstart with infants-preschool! She had retired and traveled the country with her trucker husband but has now decided to return into the childcare field and we are excited to have her! You can often find her volunteering at local events like face painting at the Watertown day faire. She also loves spending time with her adult children and dog sitting for her grand dog!
