Deposits are nonrefundable and not redeemable for cash. The deposit will be applied to the last month of care with a 30 day written notice regardless of your child's daily rate and days of attendance during the departure month. If failure to provide a 30 day written notice occurs, the deposit will be forfeited and the tuition for the departure month will still be due.

Invoices are sent out on the 10th of every month and due by the 15th. They are sent out via our communication app, Procare. We accept pay through Procare, checks, cash, Venmo, Apple/Google pay, and credit/debit cards.There is a $5/day yearly increase every June.
