Infants
The children in the Infant classroom range in age from 3 months to 15 months. This classroom focuses on helping the infants reach all their developmental milestones. Infants enjoy lots of sensory play and arts and crafts!
The Milestones Infant program focuses on:
- Mastering tummy time
- Self soothing
- Beginning to self feed
- Sitting, crawling

The Milestones Infant program focuses on:
- Mastering tummy time

- Sitting, crawling, & walkling.
- We emphasize a lot of face time throughout the day for pre-language development.
- We also work on gross motor skills.
Toddlers
The children in the Toddler 1 classroom range in age from 15 months to 2 years 4 months and our Toddler 2 classroom ranges in age from 2 years 4 months to 3 years. These classrooms are where we begin implementing a monthly theme based curriculum created by the educators. This curriculum serves as a detailed outline of the month's learnin

These classrooms are where we begin implementing a monthly theme based curriculum created by the educators. This curriculum serves as a detailed outline of the month's learning goals and project happenings to be proudly displayed both at school and at home.
The Milestones Toddler programs focus on:
- Setting a routine/schedule each day
- Developing fine/gross motor skills
- Language development through reading and flashcards
- Shape, color and animal name recognition
- Ability to follow one & two step directions
- Transitioning from two naps to one
- Enjoying outdoor time twice daily (weather permitting)
Preschool
Preschool
The Preschool 1 classroom ranges in age from 3.0 years to 3.9 months and Preschool 2 ranges from 3.9 years to age 5. These classrooms are geared towards kindergarten preparation for the 4 and 5 year olds and progressing to that level for the 3 and 4 year olds. These are the only classrooms that have a multi-age curriculum that is geared

These are the only classrooms that have a multi-age curriculum that is geared towards the age ranges that preschool serves. The children all work on the same theme but at different levels.
The Milestones Preschool Program focuses on:
- Pre-reading skills
- Number/Letter writing
- Writing own name
- Introduction to basic math
- Following multi-step directions
- Continued work on advanced self-help skills
The preschool classroom is most focused on preparing children for kindergarten. Graduates from Milestones have tested higher than average on the Kindergarten assessment exam (per parents of past students of the center).
